Hi Nigel Our testimonial as follows: Late November, I found myself with a statutory demand on my doorstep, Christmas looming and a sick feeling in my stomach.  I had dealt with CCJ’s in the past but didn’t feel I was equipped to take on this new beast.   The thought of losing everything that I had worked hard to rebuild over the last 4 years was heartbreaking.  I searched online and got lots of advice from forums etc. but I still felt out of my depth.   I came across Nigel’s site and I have to be honest, my first thought was that it was too good to be true.  Why would anyone help me and do it for free? There had to be a hidden catch, would I have to sell my soul at the end of it?   However, I took the plunge and rang Nigel that day.  He was very helpful and honest and told me that if a Barrister thought I had a good case they would take me on.  He didn’t say it was definite but he did say because they work on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis, they won’t give me false hope.  They want to get paid so will only go into Court if they are confident of winning.  The Barrister agreed that I had a good defence and I slept better over Christmas.   My case was finally heard in March 2014.  The other side withdrew their application before it even went into Court and it was simply a case of arguing how much they should pay my legal team for their expenses.  Bearing in mind they sent a Solicitor and I had a Barrister, I feel sure that had it just been me, they would not have withdrawn.  The sheer stature of having a Barrister behind me gave me an immediate advantage and made them realise I was no pushover.   Had it not been for Nigel and his team, I would probably still have this hanging over my head as well as their additional legal fees added in.  I cannot thank or recommend Nigel enough.  I am amazed that I’ve finally found someone that does ‘exactly what it say on the tin!!’ Thank you to Nigel and your legal team.  You were amazing from start to finish and I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone I can.
